Ingredients
-
2 lbs chicken wings (split, tips removed)
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp sea salt
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp smoked paprika
-
⅓ cup Q’Macizo Golden Heat
-
1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra glaze shine)
-
Fresh lime wedges
-
Chopped cilantro (optional)
Method
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Pat wings completely dry — this ensures crispness.
-
Toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
-
Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
-
Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and crisp (flip halfway).
For the glaze:
6. Warm Golden Heat gently in a small saucepan. Add honey if desired.
7. Toss hot wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
8. Return to oven for 5 additional minutes to caramelize lightly.
Finish with a squeeze of lime and fresh cilantro.
